What makes Upcycled Dragon Products eco-friendly?
Sustainability is stitched into everything we make. The majority of Upcycle Dragon products are created from upcycled fabrics, and all smaller items are made entirely from rescued fabric scraps. By giving these materials a second life, we help reduce textile waste while creating something useful, beautiful, and long-lasting.
How are your products made?
Every item is handcrafted with care in a home studio and sewn on vintage sewing machines. This slow, intentional process ensures quality, durability, and a little extra magic in every stitch.
Where do you source your fabrics and materials?
Our fabrics come from many meaningful places. Some are vintage textiles from the founder’s grandmother’s quilting collection, while others are thrifted, gifted, or traded. Sheets, duvet covers, jeans, and other cotton goods are thoughtfully transformed into new creations—proof that great materials deserve more than one chapter.
What kinds of fabrics do you use?
We primarily work with natural cotton-based materials, including cotton fabric, cotton flannel, and cotton terry. Heavier cottons such as duck cloth, canvas, and denim are also used when durability is key.
Do you take custom orders or special requests?
Yes! Custom orders and special requests are always welcome. We love helping customers find the perfect print or product to match their lifestyle, needs, or personality.
📦 Orders & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items are invoiced and shipped within 48 hours. Shipping times and rates vary depending on the number of items ordered and total package weight.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Local pickup is happily available. We also offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius for a flat $5 fee.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination to ensure the most accurate pricing.
Do you ship internationally?
Not just yet—but it’s on our wishlist! International shipping isn’t currently available, but we hope to expand in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. For in-person purchases, Venmo and cash are also welcome.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Just reach out as soon as possible and we’ll take care of it.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your product, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
Do you offer refunds for damaged or defective items?
Absolutely. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

How do I care for my Upcycle Dragon products?
Most items are machine washable and dryable, unless otherwise noted. Some products may benefit from hang drying to extend their lifespan.
Will the fabrics shrink or fade over time?
Because we primarily use cotton, some slight shrinkage may occur during the first wash. Fabric care, detergent choice, and water temperature can also affect color vibrancy over time.
How durable are your products for everyday use?
Very! These products are made to be loved and used daily. In fact, some Upcycle Dragon items have been in regular use for over five years and are still going strong.

What happens to leftover fabric scraps?
Nothing goes to waste. Scraps are carefully sorted and reused for smaller projects, while the tiniest pieces are saved for stuffing—ensuring every last bit serves a purpose.
How does shopping at Upcycle Dragon help reduce waste?
All Upcycle Dragon products are designed to be washed and reused again and again. Many items replace disposable products like plastic snack and sandwich bags, helping reduce landfill waste and making sustainable choices part of everyday life.
Do you use plastic-free packaging?
Some shipping materials, such as bubble mailers, currently contain plastic. We’re actively working toward fully recyclable and plastic-free packaging as we continue to grow.
